Description:
The order includes the planning services of technical equipment according to § 53 ff HOAI in connection with Appendix 15 HOAI-Elt, ALG 4-6, performance phases 1-9 for the construction of a new children's short with cafeteria in Allersberg.
Markt Allersberg - new building with cafeteria - elt
On the property of the middle school Allersberg is to be built a two-storey children's home building with a cafeteria. The day care center with a total of three groups (75 children) is intended for children of the Sybilla-Maurer elementary school at Schulstrasse 2 in Allersberg, which are about 750m
is from the middle school. In the new building a Dining room for the after -school care center and a separate dining room for the middle school.
The existing caretaker building and the bicycle roof of the Middle school along Altenfeldener Strasse 1 are to be canceled for the new building of the after -school building with cafeteria. At the point of the Caretaker the new building is to be carried out as a flat roof construction.
The upper floor is intended to provide rooms (group room, intensive room, therapy/ works and sanitary unit) for two after-school groups are planned.
A direct route from the parking spaces to the stairwell on the ground floor would be conceivable via a side entrance.
