- A two-storey children's home building with cafeteria is to be built on the property of the Middle School Allersberg. The day care center with a total of three groups (75 children) is intended for children of the Sybilla-Maurer elementary school at Schulstrasse 2 in Allersberg, which is about 750m from the middle school is removed. In the new building, a dining room for the after -school care center and a separate dining room for the middle school is built. The existing caretaker building and the bicycle covering of the middle school along Altenfeldener Strasse 1 are to be canceled for the new building of the after-school building with cafeteria. At the point of the caretaker building, the new building is to be carried out as a flat roof building. The new building should include two canteen for after -school care and the adjacent middle school on the ground floor, as well as the associated cuisine and adjoining rooms. The upper floor should be room (group room, intensive room, therapy/ works and sanitary unit) for two after -school groups. The main entrance to the after-school building is to be taken over the school yard of the middle school. A direct route from the parking spaces to the stairwell on the ground floor would be conceivable via a side entrance. The building should be planned so that an increase is possible. The spatial program has been adapted in accordance with the specialist supervision of the Roth youth welfare office and coordinated with the government of Middle Franconia in advance. A funding application has already been made for the measure. The intended gross floor area is round 800 m2. For the project, the performance of the performance phases 1-6 must be provided according to HOAI.
