- As part of the development of an ISEK and as a result of the processing of a "master plan for under -used places", possible public open spaces were examined for their need for upgrading and their uses and stored with priorities. The goal is to quality and to increase the variety of functions of individual public areas in the old town and to create local recreational opportunities in the direct living environment. Target groups are the old town dwellers and visitors to all ages. In the master plan, a open space office for the prioritized town of Kurpark, Sonntagsley and Haller made a preliminary designs according to the performance phases 1-2 and deposited with cost estimates. These planning concepts are now to be further qualified and implemented.
