Description: For the modernization of the forecast system, the Deutsche Bundesbank needs external programming services in the software MATLAB from the manufacturer The Mathworks, Inc. It shoulda new system for the forecast infrastructure of the Deutsche Bundesbank. In Matlab, all components (blocks) of the forecast system are to be programmed. Of the procurement, only the required programming performance in Matlab for these blocks includes, as far as the GermanBundesbank has not already done programming work in Matlab. The programming work can be carried out by the contractor via external access set up by the Deutsche Bundesbank directly in the IT system of the Deutsche Bundesbank remote. Programming in Matlab must with theVersions MATLAB R2023B and be more compatible. The programmed files should be replaced using the GITLAB versioning system in the Bundesbank IT system.
