• The subject of the service to be awarded are services in accordance with § 34 ff HOAI 2021 - object planning (service phases 6-9 according to HOAI) for the expansion of the Max Planck Institute for Medical Research in Heidelberg. The Max Planck Society is planning a new research building to expand the existing one to build the listed Max Planck Institute for Medical Research in Heidelberg. The building plot and existing institute are located in the southern part of the Neuenheimer Feld am Neckar. In total, the extension includes a usable area of ​​6,410m2 (NUF 1-7) and a BRI of 72,922 m³. According to the specifications from an urban development feasibility study, the expansion is planned as a 10-story high-rise building with a maximum height of 45.25 m plus a technology center on the roof and a special underground laboratory area in the south.
