Measure for activating and professional integration according to § 16 Paragraph 1 Clause 2 No. 2 SGB II i. V. M. § 45 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 No. 1 and 3 SGB III
In accordance with Section 16 (1) sentence 2 No. 2 SGB II, employable people can be offered benefits for activating and professional integration. With the present Measure according to § 16 Paragraph 1 Clause 2 SGB II I. V. M. § 45 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 No. 1 and 3 SGB III is to be taken into account to the legal entitlement. The Job Center Schleswig-Flensburg strives for its customers based on the legal basis for activation and professional integration. Based on the "Fa: Z Model - Funding: Goal", all customers should be funded according to their assignment to the resource areas relevant to this measure. The target group consists of beneficial beneficiaries (ELB), who are achievements at the Schleswig-Flensburg district according to the SGB II. In general, the group of participants will be heterogeneous (e.g. no restrictions on gender, existing school and professional qualifications, professional experience and migration background). The A2 language level must be available.
