• Lot 1: MECM infrastructure process specialist The client intends to place individual orders with a total scope of approximately 10 person-years (PJ) per contract year / 40 person-years (PJ) in total for the four-year contract term (non-binding estimated quantity). One person-year corresponds to 220 person-days with eight working hours plus breaks. The following requirements are placed on the people to be employed: Training The following minimum qualifications are required Process specialists MECM infrastructure are mandatory for service provision and must be proven for the execution of the order using a competency profile: • Technical college or university degree in an IT-related discipline (e.g. computer science, business informatics) or • proven comparable knowledge and experience acquired in practice Professional experience The following minimum qualifications are mandatory for a MECM infrastructure process specialist to provide the service and must be proven for the execution of the order using a competency profile: • At least 7 years of experience in supporting MECM environments in a high-security environment for a medium or large IT service provider (more than 15,000 users) with Microsoft Configuration Manager Current Branch • At least 7 years of experience in a high-security environment of a police agency (more than 15,000 users) with Microsoft Active Directory, including -Function Level 2016 ff. • At least 7 years of experience at a medium or large IT service provider (from 15,000 clients) with installation, administration, monitoring, network and firewall management and troubleshooting/support of the current Windows client version • At least 7 years of experience in the SW distribution in a medium or large environment with the installation, administration and monitoring of at least 200 servers • At least 7 years of experience in the network and communications area DHCP service...
