Description:
Provision (selection, procurement, technical processing, delivery) of media (books and audio books) for the ZLB. // The main goal of the award is the maintenanceA tasks according to the tasks of the ZLB in order to offer the library user an attractive and profiling media offer. According to current estimates, the ZLB's needs budget for books and audio books is around EUR 670,000 per year (pure acquisition volume,See Section 5.1.12). This corresponds to around 24,000 books and approx. 1,500 non-books (audio books) per year. However, the needs budget can fluctuate from year to year (up to +/- 20 % per year) and due to changes in the media market and/or changes in the needs of library userschange. The maximum budget for the entire (up to six -year) term is a maximum of EUR 5,800,000 (pure purchase volume) and is not exceeded.
