- Provision (selection, procurement, technical processing, delivery) of media (books and audio books) for the ZLB. // The main goal of the award is to maintain a tasks according to the tasks and current media stock of the ZLB in order to use the library user an attractive and profileTo offer media offer. According to current estimates, the ZLB's needs budget for books and audio books is approximately EUR 670,000 per year (pure purchase volume, see section 5.1.12). This corresponds to around 24,000 books and approx. 1,500 non-books (audio books) per year. The needs budgetHowever, it can fluctuate from year to year (up to +/- 20 % per year) and change due to changes in the media market and/or changes in the needs of library use. The maximum budget for the entire (up to six year) term is a maximum of EUR 5,800,000 (pureAcquisition volume) and is not exceeded. The subject of the award is the support of the ZLB in the preservation and update of its media stock by the contractor as a total task. // main power object is the ready -to -use provision (procurement, technicalProcessing and delivery) of the media, material media and fiction for all ages, primarily books and to a lesser extent also audio books. The media is selected in parallel both by the contractor (standing order procedure) and by the ZLB (order procedure). For theStanding order procedures must provide the contractor's expert and expert and practically experienced specialist staff with comprehensive knowledge of the current book market and the special needs of public libraries. For the order procedure, the contractor must have oneoperate internet -based online shop.
