- Infra-Zeitz Servicegesellschaft mbH is the operator and site developer of the approximately 232 hectare area of the Zeitz chemical and industrial park. In addition, Infra-Zeitz supplies the local companies with process water, cooling water, fully desalinated water (deionized water) and disposes of waste water resident companies. A new settlement is currently under construction on the site of the Zeitz Chemical and Industrial Park, for which Infra-Zeitz is providing the supply of cooling water, deionized water and ice water. The resettlement is scheduled to go into operation in June 2026 and requires the supply of aforementioned media. The project essentially consists of two sub-projects: Sub-project 1 - media lines includes the construction of two cooling water lines (output and return) predominantly in PE 100 DN/OD 630 SDR 11, a deionate line PE 100 DN/OD 75 SDR 17, signal cable from the existing one Supply center one kilometer to a new location. These lines should be buried about 1.5-2 meters deep and must cross a district road, a municipal road, various access roads and a railway connection (which supplies another settler). Subproject 2 includes Construction of a pressure boosting station including technical machinery near the new settlement. The subject of this procurement procedure is the commissioning of the aforementioned construction work for subproject 1 media lines.
