- This tender aims to find service providers who can support both refurbishing and maintaining the media installments of both companies and who signs a framework agreement, in Belgium and in Germany, with state-of-the art technology. In both countries this applies to different sites and to building complexes with several meeting rooms of different sizes. The requirements range from equipping small, medium to large sized meeting and conference rooms with screens and projectors, microphones and loudspeakers, as well as webcams. Elia Group requires the potential Contractor to be a qualified service-oriented partner for purchases and maintenance over the entire course of the contract. During this contract the Contractor also provides support for minor incidents as well as intervention teams solving emergencies related to the entire installed media landscape.
