Description:
The "Neue Rathaus Langenhagen" project includes the expansion and renovation of the existing town hall in Langenhagen. The existing building is preserved in terms of its load -bearing structure and facade and adapted to the new spatial demands in the interior. The area of the existingRatsaals with the associated foyer, meeting rooms and underground car park are canceled. The 5-storey new expansion building is being built on the section adjacent to the existing building on Konrad-Adenauer-Strasse and closes in the area of the council hall foyer to be broken down via two floors to the existing buildingto. The new underground car park is connected to the existing basement over two entrances (north and south side). The maximum planned building height of the new building is 18.55 m. The construction project is therefore a special building in building class 5. 153 parking spaces are built for the construction project. 28 parking spacesOf this, there are in the parking lot of the eastern forecourt, 125 parking spaces are housed in the underground car park. The construction project is implemented in two construction phases: the new component is built in a first construction phase.
