- The Federal Ministry of Health has several conference and meeting rooms in Berlin's properties as well as other rooms in which events with up to 200 participants are regularly carried out.
In order to be able to ensure smooth operation of the existing media technology and thus the course of the events, a service contract for the care of media technology in the properties of the BMG at the Berlin location should be awarded.
Your area of responsibility includes the provision, operation, maintenance and repair of the existing media technology, advice and technical planning and new procurement, the repair/replacement procurement of components/system technology as well as technical support as a contact person directly on site at events.
Experience has shown that missions for special events took place about twice a month and usually took at least 30 minutes to three hours.
