The orthopedic clinic Hessisch Lichtenau gGmbH intends to obtain medication management.
The orthopedic clinic Hessisch Lichtenau gGmbH has applied for funding in accordance with Section 19 (1) sentence 1 No. 5 KHSFV as part of the Hospital Future Act (KHZG).
The medication is one of themost common therapeutic measures in the context of inpatient treatment. The processes related to drug therapy are extremely complex and therefore also prone to errors. With digital medication management, the medication process is intended to be recorded to the documentation of the administrationas well as the handover in the discharge process in all phases is electronically supported and thus significantly improved.
