- IKK classic hereby announces that it will enter into non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V with all interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies in the period from September 1st, 2023 to August 31st, 2025 for various active ingredients and combinations of active ingredients, not vnegotiable conditions. The earliest start of the contract is September 1st, 2023 (differently, lot 14 - melatonin 1 mg and 5 mg is October 1st, 2023), provided that the signed contract and all necessary evidence, self-declarations and documents are received by August 5th, 2023 (for lot 14 - melatonin 1 mg and 5 mg by September 5th, 2023) to IKK classic. The following applies: If the documents are received by the 5th of each month in the possible membership period, the contract begins on the 1st of the following month. If the documents are received after the 5th of each month in the possible accession periodThe contract begins on the 1st of the month after next. Joining the agreement is possible at any time within the specified period, but no later than July 5th, 2025. For further information see point VI.3).
