Under the specification of uniform contractual termsAs well as a uniform access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the conclusion or accession to a discount contract according to § 130a (8) SGB V for the aforementioned active substances or drugs.Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents and the respective contract at the contact address mentioned.
