- The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products with the active ingredient interferon beta-1a (ATC: L03AB07 - for intramuscular use) as part of a so-called "open-house model". Under the requirement of uniformityContractual conditions and a uniform access procedure will allow all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies to conclude or join a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130 a Paragraph 8 SGB V for the aforementioned active ingredients or medicinesoffered. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents and the respective contract from the contact address mentioned. The prerequisite for concluding a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company provides the requested partregistration documents completely filled out and signed.
