The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V for drugs with the active ingredient iron carboxymaltose (ATC: B03AC01) as part of a so-called "open-house model". By specifying uniform contract conditions and a uniformAs part of the access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130 a Paragraph 8 SGB V for the active ingredients mentioned under Section B. Anyone interested in pharmaceuticalsEuropean companies can request the participation documents and the respective contract from the contact address given under I.1). The prerequisite for concluding a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company has completed the requested participation documentsfilled and signed.
