Description: The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount contracts pursuant to Section 130a (8) SGB V for medicaments with the active substance Icatibian (ATC: B06AC02) as part of a so-called "open-house model". Settlement of uniform contract terms and a uniform access procedure, all appropriate and interested pharmaceutical companies or communities of pharmaceutical companies is offered to the conclusion or accession to a discount agreement according to § 130a (8) SGB V to the active ingredients mentioned under Section B. Interested pharmaceutical companies can request the participation documents as well as the respective contract in the contact address referred to in i.1). The prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company is fully completed and signed the requested participation documents.
