- The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements according to Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products with the active ingredient zolmitriptan (ATC: N02CC03) as part of a so-called "open-house model". Under the specification of uniform contract conditions and a uniformAs part of the usual access procedure, all suitable and interested pharmaceutical companies or associations of pharmaceutical companies are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130 a (8) SGB V for the active ingredients listed under Section B. Interested pharmacyAustrian companies can request the participation documents and the respective contract from the contact address given under I.1). A prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested pharmaceutical company has completed the requested participation documents in fullcomplete and sign.
