Description:
The subject of the project is the new construction of the southern bypass on partial areas of development plan No. 23 "Southern bypass Flensburger Strasse, common usage area Fire Brigade Satrup/Esmark-Rehberg, energy transition PV open space facilities" of the municipality of Mittelfangeln OT Satrup. The plan drawing is the tenderadded as Appendix 1. The basic/parcels to be planned to be planned or for the southern bypass lies in the "Satrup Center", formally defined and here in the southern area of the Satrup district south of Flensburger Strasse (L 23) and west of Schleswiger Strasse (L 22).In the direct neighborhood there is residential development and business. The property area for the extension of the measure at around 14,487 m2. To develop the aforementioned planned use (new fire brigade) qualitatively and the FlensburgerRoad (L 23) to relieve the increasing traffic volume, the new construction of the southern bypass on Flensburger Strasse is to be realized.
