Description:
The measure is intended to be a contact point for young people in difficult life situations and to identify problem areas for these young people and develop solutions through open advice, outreach work and low-threshold support offers. The young people In the long term, they should be brought back on the path to school, training or work and brought back into the standard counseling process according to the SGB II. Innovative concepts, care and support services should be developed. The offers are tailored to the individual needs of the Tailor to participants. The priority of services in accordance with Section 13 SGB VIII must be observed. Existing networks must be used.
The target group includes both employable people entitled to benefits and non-benefit recipients who are likely to be entitled to SGB II, and who • are 15 to under 25 years old • are in difficult life situations
