- Glass replacement on roof ridge - pitched roof glazing in post-transom construction with several opening sashes (approx. 72 panes)
- Remove and reinstall insulating glazing, windows, doors made of tubular steel facade elements in post-and-beam construction (approx. 80 panes, 16 steel windows, 4 tubular steel frame doors)
- Delivery and installation of approx. 36 pieces of single-leaf tubular frame doors (with and without fire protection requirements).
- Delivery and installation of approx. 5 single and double leaf sheet steel doors (with and without fire protection requirements)
- Deliver and Installing several mailbox systems (approx. 237 mailboxes and accessories)
- Delivery and installation of other structures such as sheet metal covers and cladding including substructures on a smaller scale
- Preparation of verifiable workshop and assembly planning
- Execution time in three Construction phases during construction, not in one go from March 2026 to October 2027
