- Description: The construction project is a new school building that is to be classified as a building of a special type or use (special building). The building is classified as building class 5 according to building regulations. The building is as Hybrid wooden construction is planned, only the components that serve for horizontal bracing are planned in reinforced concrete. The wooden supporting structure is planned as a skeleton structure and the floor slabs are planned as a wooden rib construction and consist of main beams that are in Run east-west and consist of a cross-laminated timber ceiling. There is already a school adjacent to the building plot, consisting of the main building, pavilions, cafeteria/Ottoneum and sports hall. The outdated ensemble is abandoned and replaced replaced the new building on the building site adjacent to the school to the east. The existing sports hall, the cafeteria and the so-called Ottoneum (music pavilion) will be renovated and integrated into the overall concept.
