Description:
The subject of the tender is the execution of metal construction work (especially door systems) as part of the "Expansion and restructuring op department, intensive care medicine and ZSVA" in the Osnabrueck Clinic. The power area advertised here concerns phase 2 - components A3 and A4,in which extensive renovation and expansion work take place under ongoing hospital operation. The measure includes u. the dismantling of existing components, the construction of new building parts and the production of functional operating, ITS and IMC areas including facade and door system construction.

The measure includes metal construction work for the delivery and assembly of door systems for the components A3 and A4, including the necessary additional services. The construction area is characterized by close logistical framework conditions (access only via the ominyard, limited storage areas).The installation takes place in several temporary construction phases and taking into account the sensitive hospital operation, in particular the adjacent radiology. Larmintive works can only be carried out in the evening between 6:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. The construction is carried out inongoing operation with special consideration for hygiene, fire protection and sound emissions.
