Description:
The clients invoice their customers on a rolling basis. Accordingly, the meter readings must be available on the respective billing date. The rolling meter reading is district-oriented. At the end of the year, the key date statement as of 31.12. to collect various meter readings across districts. There areto read conventional meters (Ferraris or electronic) as well as modern measuring devices with all counters handed over.
The meter readings should be collected by visual reading or by customers reading themselves. In addition to the annual readings within the rolling, meter readings are also includedrecord supplier changes and relocations. These are mainly determined through self-readings.
All blocking and unblocking from default by customers of the suppliers must also be covered. For around 8,800 district heating customers, monthly meter readings are available via radio readingn to record January to November. Work orders for customer identification, special readings e.g. in the event of insolvency and
the delivery of customer letters are also commissioned.
