MHH - K20 - Renovation ZMK - Trade: Roller shutter work
The six-story building with a technology center on the top floor is receiving extensive renovation on the standard floors U0 and S0. The background is the new licensing regulations for dentists (ZAppro) from October 1, 2020, which require additional phantom course places.
The existing phantom course room S0.1030 in the southern part will be completely modernized: ceilings and floor coverings will be renewed, new phantom workstations, equipment and furniture installed. In some cases, walls are removed or rebuilt to optimize the room layout.
In the northern part, the previous large laboratory S0.2070 will be converted into another phantom classroom with adjoining rooms, also with a new spatial structure, technology and equipment. requirements for sound insulation, Visual relationships and privacy (e.g. switchable windows) are taken into account.
There will be no structural expansion; the basic structure remains the same.
Completion:
Room 1: August 15, 2025
hall 2: April 1, 2026 (fixed dates in each case)
Roller shutter work:
Services include external blinds, maintenance work as well as hourly and material costs.
