MHS food supply 1Introduction The University Hospital of Münster (UKM) intends to carry out a procurement procedure to award a new framework contract for the provision of food and groceries to inpatients Locations: •UKM Marienhospital Steinfurt (approx. 200 beds) •Clinic for Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy Emsdetten (approx. 70 patients) In addition, the café at the Steinfurt location must be provided with meals for employees and visitors every day. Before At the start of the award procedure, the UKM carries out a market research process in order to gain knowledge about the services, concepts and provider structures available on the market. Important note: This market research process is for exclusive purposes only gathering information and preparing a possible award procedure. It does not constitute a tender and does not constitute a right to participation in a subsequent procurement process. 2Subject of the planned service The subject is the conclusion a framework agreement for the full supply of food and groceries, including production, delivery, logistics and the provision of the necessary systems. The service is expected to be awarded in two lots: •Lot 1: Patient care at Marienhospital Steinfurt (tablet-based care, cook & chill) •Lot 2: Supply to Emsdetten Clinic (large containers, flexible production processes?)
