Completion of a Microsoft trading partner frame contract with a term of 36 months based on the Microsoft Business and Service Agreement (MBSA U5223585) between Microsoft and the Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI). The AG accession to the Group Treaty Platform (4785551) is followed byCompletion of the trading partner framework contract.
Taking into account the applicable price conditions for the program MBSA U5223585 / Group contract platform 4785551 To acquire Microsoft, the following trading partner services must provide:
• Takeover of the partner function accordinglyof the described EA contracts (including administration of the contract, support in the annual report, advice on the optimal /most economical license, information about changes to the license conditions and new MS products /services /services)
• Advice and support servicesfor the AG in the area of license management
• Ensuring the optimal use of the AG software for the licenses already existing at the AG
