- The object of procurement is a framework agreement with a trading partner for the procurement of all Microsoft BMI Select Plus products available within the contract period, possibly with Software Assurance. For the purpose of specifying the products, the client refers to the current Product list from Microsoft (can be found at http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/contracts and there under Product List, German).
The licensing of Microsoft products is carried out for the customer in the event that individual licenses are required on the basis of the contracts of terms drawn up between the Bundss Republic of Germany, represented by the Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI), and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft) have been concluded:
• Microsoft BMI Select Plus contract, price basis level D • Shell contract business and service
