Description:
With the transfer of the tasks from the federal states to Autobahn GmbH of the federal government, the AG takes over all the old bars necessary to perform tasks from all 16 federal states. The altaces are divided into the following acts of acts? Paper documents (e.g. file folders, hangers, plans)? Other media (e.g. Microfiches and films, VHS cassettes, DVDs, CDs/CD-ROMs, slides, photos). The total scope of the paper documents amounts to approx. 105 km, consisting of text and plan documents. In addition, there are around 490,000 specially stored plan documents. The AG has no reliable quantity scaffolding for the other media. The task of the AN is the replacement scanning of the paper documents in accordance with the requirements of the "BSI TR-03138 Erset-Zendes scanning (Resiscan)", version 1.4.1, date 23.04.2020, hereinafter referred to. The other media must be made by the AN and to be transferred to the AG's Enterprise Information Management System (EIM) of the AG.
