  • With the transfer of tasks from the federal states to the Autobahn GmbH of the federal government, the AG takes over all the old files from all 16 federal states that are necessary for the fulfillment of the taskMedia (e.g. microfiches and films, VHS cassettes, DVDs, CDs/CD-ROMs, slides, photos).
    The total volume of paper documents is approx. 105 running km, consisting of text and plan documents. In addition, approx. 490,000 planning documents are stored separately. For the other mediThe client does not have any reliable quantity structures.
    The contractor's task is to replace the paper documents in accordance with the specifications of "BSI TR-03138 Replacement scanning (RESISCAN)", version 1.4.1, date April 23, 2020, hereinafter TR RESISCAN.
    The contractor must make the other media readablen and transferred to the AG's Enterprise Information Management System (EIM).
    As a further service, the old files are to be picked up by the AN, stored at the AN's site and digitized or made legible. The digital copies should then be transferred to the EI via a technical interfaceM of the client are transferred.
    The scanned old files are then to be destroyed by the contractor in accordance with data protection regulations, returned to the client or made available for collection by a third party named by the client.
