Description:
The here requires external support for the migration of its SAP ERP system according to S/4. The Brownfield approach is to be used. This is a technical migration, possible improvements or optimizations are then carried out detached from migration.

As part of the order, the contractor should
- Create project planning in time/in terms of content in a close coordination with HEREON,
-Check the SAP ERP systems with regard to S/4 migration, Readiness Check
- Determine the correction requirements with the specialist departments of the HEREON Communicate and check the processing of the corrections,
- Perform the necessary system copies of production after testing,
- Put on a sandbox system - several times -
- carry out the required customizing,
- Implementation of the necessary updates,
- Creation S/4Hana Upgrade Stack,
- Perform and test the S/4 migration on the sandbox, test and production system, then carry out the H4S4 conversion, then carry out the H4S4 conversion
-Support the examination of non-SAP software,
- Life support (hypercare) after migration,
-accompany an internal security check (SAP basis),
- Create (Delta) training documents and train the employees involved.
Wherever possible and sensible, tasks are done by the HEREON (non-SAP software, authorization roles, etc.).
