The subject of the order is structural planning services in accordance with § 49 ff HOAI 2021, LPH 1 to 6, with gradual commissioning. If necessary, various special requirements are also madere services commissioned.
A two-story daycare center with no basement is to be realized based on the "Northeast Framework Plan" of the city of Mindelheim. The property is part of the 1957 parcel. This has previously been used for agriculture, so development must be within the arealb of this property still to take place. The property is currently being acquired. The daycare center will provide space for 2 creche groups and 5 kindergarten groups. It is desired that the new building be constructed using solid construction. Fire protection must be ensured primarily through constructive measuresen. The new building, including all entrances, exits and walkways, must be designed to be barrier-free. Emphasis should be placed on cost-conscious and sustainable construction. The building guidelines for the properties of the city of Mindelheim must be implemented.
The total room program provides for creche and kindergartenThere is a total of approx. 800 square meters of building space. In addition to the 800 sqm mentioned, the following areas/rooms must also be considered in the building: cloakroom areas for all children, sanitary rooms for children and staff, barrier-free sanitary area, utility room with cleaning room and building services.
