- Seamless continuation of the Mindjet Software Assurance (MSA) for a maximum of 800 licenses for another 36 months.
The subject of the tender as a total award is the extension by providing the manufacturer's MSA for up to 800 (maximum amount) of the unlimited licenses of the SW "MindManager (see LV position 1-3). The AN must ensure that an MSA (Mindjet Software Assurance) is provided by the manufacturer for the licenses used by the BA.
Optional reduction option:
The MSA is called up annually at the beginning of a performance year and is in a monthly payment plan. Depending on the number of actively used "MindManager" licenses, the call quantity can vary for the coming performance year.
Software maintenance and support:
The manufacturer's MSA contains care and support services that can be provided from the AN for the actual call-up quantity are.
Service time for support services:
The software (e.g. licensekeys / license certificates, program stands, hotfixes) must be delivered electronically. For the electronic Delivery must be adhered to a delivery period of 10 working days from ordering, provided that there is no deviation date provided for in the order. The electronic delivery to the BA is made by providing a password-protected download link by email (address is given after the surcharge announced) on a web portal of the manufacturer or the AT. The BA does not provide any web portal. A third-party web portal solution is not permitted.
