Description:
The city of Hanau is planning the expansion of the Mittelbuchen daycare center to an 8-group facility including forest group in the Hanau district of the same name. On the property there is a container system next to the main building, with a separate group including rooms forThe forest group and the staff. The container construction and the connection should be demolished in the course of planning. A building window of approx. 1,680 m2 is shown on the approximately 5,800 m2 plot.
The facility is to be planned barrier -free.
The planning for the new building of theThe daycare center is to take place in 2025 and 2026. The start of construction is then planned from autumn 2026 and the completion by the end of 2028.
The electrical engineering equipment is separated into heavy and weak stream and includes the following points:
- Production of a construction current supply with construction lighting;
-Installation of sub-distribution;
- Complete reinstallation of the electrical engineering system with a lighting system in LED technology and a safety lighting system to illuminate the escape and rescue routes;
- establishment of a house alarm system with a comprehensive alarm;
-Installation of a structured network cabling with a comprehensive WLAN coverage (WLAN access points on site);
- establishment of a sunscreen control;
- establishment of an inner and outer lightning protection and ground system;
