Description:
The existing and listed congress hall in the state capital of Saarbruecken is to be expanded to include a modern and multifunctional building (project abbreviation MKK) for congresses, measurements, exhibitions and other event formats (MICE - meetings incentive convention exhibition). In addition to the primary goal of supplementing the cultural offer of the state capital Saarbruecken and the economic revival of the city center, the cityscape along the Saar in the immediate vicinity of the Buergerpark and the Saar promenade is to be upgraded. The subject of this tender are Demolition work. They include earthworks, construction site creation work, construction roads, dismantling work of technical systems, bitumen coverings, facade parts, reinforced concrete components. The work is divided into different stages, namely section 1 = underground car parking and section 2 = more Demolition work to prepare the construction project MKK. The steps are called up differently. The work must be carried out in the period October 2025 to May 2026.
