Description:
The goal of the tendering procedure is to conclude a rental agreement of a mobile speed measurement system with a motor vehicle. The measuring system must enable monitoring of temporal and differentiated speed restrictions. The one used Measuring and recording technology should monitor the flowing traffic with regard to compliance with the top speed prescribed in the course of the site. In the event of speeding through a motor vehicle, the facts in the form of measured values and evidence photos should be documented. The fact available in the form of measurement, image and metadata is then to be provided for further evaluation and preparation as a process in the administrative offense procedure.
