Description:
Delivery and commissioning of the hardware and software components to modernize and expand the existing backup & recovery infrastructure including acceptance, migration, documentation, instruction of the employees. The contractor has after full delivery of the hardware and provision to start all necessary documents and information by the client immediately with the work to manufacture the operational readiness. The operational readiness must be established within 8 calendar weeks after delivery of the hardware at the latest. Different deadlines can only be determined at the start of the project (e.g. as part of a kick-off date). Delays based on circumstances are the responsibility of the client (e.g. schedule, special internal tasks, unpredictable events or accident), extend the deadline accordingly. Such circumstances must be informed of the contractor in writing and coordinated together. The contractor ensures that sufficiently qualified personnel are available during the deadline to meet the date mentioned.
