The required services are differentiated as follows: 1st stage: Services in the planning phase of the construction project, these are: Services in accordance with RAB 30 number 3.1 (tasks of the coordinator during the planning of the execution) - coordination of the measures from the general principles according to Section 4 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act when planning the execution - determining safety and interactions relevant to health protection between the work of the individual trades on the construction site and other operational activities or influences on or near the construction site - showing possibilities for avoiding safety problems. and health risks - Developing a safety and health protection plan and adapting it to the planning process - Advising on the planning of the construction site equipment - Creating construction site regulations - Advising on the planning of permanent ones safety equipment for possible later work on the structure and compilation of the document with the necessary information for the safe and health-friendly implementation of this work - working towards taking this into account of safety and health protection services in tenders, procurement and construction contract documents; Participate in the examination of offers and the awarding of contracts - Advise on scheduling, especially in coordinating construction times To avoid dangers that can be caused by a parallel time - Participate in the preparation of the advance notice and its transmission to the authority responsible under state law (e.g. trade inspection office or office for occupational safety) 2.
