3.1. Implementation of the digital learning offer
The order includes the modernization or redesign of the available E of the cell phone toolbox. The modernization refers to graphics/design, E, as well as the optimization for mobile devices. The target group of young people is considered digital natives, which means that they grew up and practiced with digital technologies and that many explanations are therefore no longer up to date or necessary. At the same time, lengthy Es have a deterrent effect on the youth, so a reduction in E is desirable.
