• Modernization of the final archive - upgrading of the climate including reading room, exhibition and document office, technical building equipment and building automation, system groups 1-3 and 8 in accordance with Section 55 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 15, LPH 5 to 9, step-by-step commissioning Modernization Dresden City Archives, climate improvement including reading room, exhibition and document office - technical equipment HLS/GA The state capital Dresden is planning to modernize the final archive of the Dresden City Archives, including climatic upgrades Reading room, exhibition and document office. The subject of the planned commission is: - the renovation and air conditioning upgrade of the existing building in accordance with the specifications of the building description or the spatial book as well as the currently applicable standards and Regulations. - Basic services of specialist planning for technical systems (ALG 1+2+3+8) of service phases (LPH) 5 to 9 in accordance with HOAI 2013 § 53 ff i. V. m. service description - selected special services from the HOAI and project-specific services for the Modernization of the final archive of the city archive BA 2/3 on Elisabeth-Boer-Straße 1/2 and Provianthofstr. 7 in 01099 Dresden.
