• Description:
• The state capital Dresden is planning to modernize the final archive of the Dresden City Archives with climatic upgrades, including a reading room, exhibition and document office. The subject of the planned commission is: - renovation and air conditioning Upgrading of the existing building in accordance with the specifications of the building description or the spatial register as well as the currently applicable standards and regulations. - Basic services of specialist planning for technical systems (ALG 4+5) of service phases (LPH) 5 to 9 in accordance with HOAI 2013 § 53 ff i. V. m. Service description as well as LPH 2 to 3 for the planning of the burglar alarm system and leak monitoring system - selected special services from the HOAI and project-specific services for the modernization of the final archive of the city archive on the Elisabeth-Boer-Straße 1/2 and Provianthofstr. 7 in 01099 Dresden. The commissioning takes place gradually and according to individual service phases in accordance with the contractual conditions (appendix contract form). The required specialist planning services for technical Equipment ALG 1, 2, 3, 8 and fire protection as well as property planning buildings are carried out in parallel and are provided independently by the client or awarded separately.
