The client intends to modernize its IT infrastructure and adaptation to current requirements.
The modernization of the IT infrastructure includes the following goals:
-The existing solution design from dedicated virtualization nodeCentral storage system is to be replaced by a modern, hyperconvergent concept. An integration of virtualization and storage technologies within a hyper-convergent system is set here.
- Renewal of the server infrastructure: In addition to the storage systemThe two servers in the VMware cluster are replaced. The key data of the HW (CPU, RAM, etc.) are listed in detail in the "functional requirements" section and provided with evaluation criteria.
