Description:
The Bau Osthessen Bebra training center is located at Kerschensteinerstrasse 2, 36179 Bebra. The property is officially recorded in the land register of Bebra, volume 148, page 4709 under parcel number 31/2, corridor 20, with a total area of 9150 m2.
To implement this project, the order requiresdonor planning support. The subject of the local award are therefore the following planning services:
Lot 1:
-Object planning building according to § 34 HOAI, LPH 1-9
-Structural planning according to § 51 HOAI, LPH 1-6 (OPTIONAL)
Lot 2:
- the specialist planning of technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI, plant groupn § 53 paragraph 2 No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 LPH 1-9
Introduction:
The building trades guild for the district of Hersfeld-Rotenburg intends to modernize the training center Bau Osthessen Bebra.
Object:
The educational facility in Bebra is one of five L. along with Eschwege, Fulda, Schluechtern and Lauterbachhonor construction sites, which merged in 2012 as the Bildungszentrum Bau Osthessen. It is a recognized apprenticeship site for the construction industry in the district of Hersfeld-Rotenburg. The area of the training construction site Bebra is located on the outskirts at Kerschensteiner Strasse 2.
