Description:
The multi-sensory monitoring of the additive manufacturing process is in focus. The aim is to achieve real-time monitoring and perspective improvement in the quality of the WAAM structure, which are constructed of aluminum alloys. In the additive manufacturing with aluminum minium materials, pore formation must always be calculated as internal irregularity of the structure. In the context of a research project, a modular measuring system for emissions-independent and contactless pyrometry with punctual and flat measuring range, a light cut sensor and a thermography camera (LWir) are to be procured during a research project. The assignment of the devices is based on loose, for which one own specifications are present.
