- The subject of the tender is software for the IT control center, which will be connected to the existing (and future) monitoring tools and IT systems in kubus IT.
The aim is to transfer the information, alerts and events from the existing monitoring tools and IT systems from kubus IT into unite in one piece of software. Along with this association, a central and uniform alarm system is to be set up. The recorded and collected data should in future provide the basis for service-oriented monitoring and enable reporting.
The contractor owesThe following services are described in more detail in the tender documents:
- Provision of licenses for monitoring software with the required functions, in particular an integrated alarm solution for 3 years
- Installation and integration (professional / organizational and technical) of Sofware
- Provision of non-standard additional required hardware/software
- Maintenance: software releases and support of the software, maintenance
- Training of the customer's employees
