The general directorate of the state archives of Bavaria (Schoenfeldstrasse 5, 80539 Munich) intends to award extensive moving services for the extract of the Wuerzburg State Archives from two locations (Residence Wuerzburg, Marienberg fortress) to the Kitzingen State Archives (Deuster).
Moving service In connection with the construction of the Wuerzburg State Archives in Kitzingen
Extract of the Wuerzburg State Archives from two locations (Residence Wuerzburg, Fortress Marienberg) to the Kitzingen State Archives (Deuster):
• Moving of approx. 14,000 meters of meters archive material (approx. 57,000 archive boxes, approx. 850 moving boxes And a small number of large formats, plus some special formats such as rolled, not packaged plans) from the Marienberg fortress in the Kitzingen State Archives
• Moving of approx. 16,000 m. 150 rolled plans, plus some special formats such as photographs, microfilms and glass plates) from the Wuerzburg location in the Kitzingen State Archives
• Moving of the official library with approx. 1,300 meters of meters from the Wuerzburg State Archives to the Kitzingen State Archives
• disassembly and disposal of the Steel racks (stand and roller shelves) no longer required at both locations of the Wuerzburg State Archives (fortress Marienberg, Residence Wuerzburg)
