- The content of the services listed in the list of services is the production of: Approx. 1880 sqm painting ceiling surfaces Approximately 1500 square meters of painting wall surfaces Approx. 980 sqm flooring textile needle felt Approx. 740 square meters of rubber flooring approx. 170 square meters of flooring Vinyl Execution deadlines: Execution must begin within 12 working days of receipt of the request from the client (§5 para. 2 sentence 2 VOB/B). The request will come to you in advance. to be received by August 5th, 2026. The achievement must be completed (to be completed ready for acceptance) within 212 working days after the deadline stated above for the start of execution (6 working days/week). Special note regarding bidding questions due to special external events (e.g. Sars-COV-2 or Ukraine war): When preparing your offer, please take into account any possible or recognizable impairments, e.g. with regard to the availability of materials and products, workers, a possible delay in providing the required evidence, Impact on any subcontractors etc. We ask that you ask any questions that arise in this context via the e-procurement messaging system in good time before the offer deadline.
