The subject of the service to be awarded are engineering services in accordance with Section 53 ff. HOAI for the LPH 2 to LPH 3 or 4 (if necessary under construction law) and LPH 5-9 in one or more other commissioning steps for AG 4, 5 and 6.Perfomance. The VSS. Correspondent costs for the aforementioned AG are around 2.5 million after a first cost assessment? net. The estimated total construction costs (KG 200 to 700) amount to approx. 24.4 million? The MPI for molecular genetics in Berlin-Dahlem consists of four togethernessConnected towers and outbuildings (animal house, administration, workshop and guest house). The Turm III was built in 2013, the Tower I and II have been subjected to a complete revitalization in recent years. A complete gut and new installation is also planned for Turm IV.The tower IV, to be renovated, comprises approx. 2,180 m2 (Nuf 1-6) on a gross floor area (BGF) of approx. 4,400 m2 with the following uses (approx. Standard laboratories: S1 u. S2 - 1,000 m2 office and meeting rooms - 60 m2auxilliar and storage rooms- 30 m2 of server rooms are added 60 m2 areas Nuf 7, 850 m2 of technical areas and still traffic areas.
